CONNECTION TO FOUNDATION



Column base plate is bolted to concrete foundation or slab with (2) 1/2" x 3" foundation bolts. These bolts are set in place when the foundation or slab is being poured. If you have an existing concrete slab you may use expansion bolts which are installed after the concrete has set up for a minimum of 10 days. However, please note that this design is not in accordance with the engineered prints.
