What is the difference between corrugated and twin or multi-wall polycarbonate?
Corrugated polycarbonate is a rigid, single-walled material with a wavy profile. It is similar to corrugated steel covering, although the profiles may not be the same. The thickness of the material is roughly 1/16th of an inch in thickness, and the peaks and valleys are spaced roughly 2" on center.

Twin and/or multiwall polycarbonate rigid, flat sheet with air channels. It is best to visualize the material as two thin sheets of plastic seperated by vertical "ribs." The spacing between these creates the air pockets.
