What is the difference between asking a Question at the Greenhouse Megastore, the FAQ, and the Greenhouse Experts forum?

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version
  • Asking a question on a Greenhouse Megastore product page sends the question directly to the staff at IGC for us to answer.  So, when you ask a question in this way, you are getting a certifiable response from an expert in that field.  This response is also backed by the Greenhouse Megastore, so that way you know you are getting quality information.
  • The FAQ has a listing of some commonly asked questions we hear from customers and our common responses to them.  Also posted on the FAQ are detailed explanations of some of the calculations we do in order to provide you with the proper equipment for your greenhouse.  We are determined to be your #1 source of information, and thought it wise to listen to what we were hearing from our customers in regards to the hunger for larger and larger volumes of information.  So we just decided to try and put everything we can out in the open for you to use.
  • The Forum is a place to ask questions of other gardeners and greenhouse growers.  While IGC staff regularly monitor and moderate these conversations, any registered member is allowed to post a response.  Most of this information is quality, trustworthy information.  However, this is not always the case.  As with any forum, you heed the advice received there at your own risk.
